In this season of caring and giving, Eaton Academy’s Sunshine Committee cared enough to give their very best! On December 9 they arranged to have a holiday lunch catered by Olive Garden for our teachers and administrators. Everyone enjoyed salad, breadsticks, and a generous pasta bar. To make matters even more festive and tasty, the Sunshine Committee provided a variety of delicious desserts.

As one of their service projects, the high school’s Chick-fil-a Leadership group sponsored a food drive this year. In the weeks leading to the Thanksgiving Break, the students encouraged their peers, families, and staff to donate tasty, non-perishable items on behalf of the food bank at North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC).

Our Independent Study Program (ISP) provides one-to-one instruction both in person and online. It’s an excellent approach to education for students who want to accelerate or remediate their academics. ISP is also a wonderful option for students who have an outside talent or passion that they want to explore. Meet one such student, Senior Erik Evans, an F4 racecar driver who just finished fourth in the final weekend races at Circuit of the Americas (COTA).

We’re proud to announce that Eaton Academy is a Silver Sponsor of this year’s Dyslexia Dash! This worthy event helps support the International Dyslexia Association’s mission to “create a future for all individuals who struggle with dyslexia and other related reading differences so that they may have richer, more robust lives and access to the tools and resources they need.”
This year the Dyslexia Dash will be both an in-person and a virtual event. We urge everyone to support this fun and important organization!
