Helium Models

PACE students did a great job making helium models out of marshmallows and toothpicks! They used 3 different colored marshmallows to represent helium; 2 orange marshmallows for protons, 2 green marshmallows for neutrons, and 2 yellow marshmallows to represent electrons. PACE Students become Paleontologists

Students in Ms. Robb’s Science class finished off the school year by becoming paleontologists for a day. Students received excavation kits and dug up dinosaurs skeletons of the as Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, and Diplodocus. The dinosaur fossil kits came from Dinosaur Park in Rapid City, South Dakota. Flame Spectroscopy Lab

The K8 Pace class enjoyed the visuals of a flame spectroscopy experiment put on by Mr. Baldrich. K8 Fall Festival

During the afternoon of October 31, students enjoyed two in-school field experiences for our 5th Annual Fall Festival.
