We were delighted to host our annual International Luncheon—one of our most anticipated events of the year and a joyful celebration of the rich cultural heritage represented in our school community.
Families generously prepared treasured recipes that hold special meaning in their homes and reflect their unique backgrounds. This year’s buffet featured an incredible array of dishes from around the globe—representing nearly every continent (we’re still working on Antarctica!). From savory entrées and vibrant salads to delicious sides and irresistible desserts, the variety was as impressive as it was flavorful.
Beautifully decorated tables adorned with colorful flags set the stage as students and parents sampled dishes and shared stories. The luncheon provides a meaningful opportunity for students to explore and appreciate the favorite foods of their friends, deepening their understanding of cultures beyond their own. Parents enjoyed time with their children, met classmates and other families, and connected over a shared meal.
This special event was organized by our Academic Director, Kelly Giles, and expertly facilitated by our Office Manager, Christian Dooley. Their thoughtful planning helped create a welcoming and festive atmosphere for all.
As a staff, we treasure this tradition. The International Luncheon allows us to spend time with students and families in a relaxed setting that strengthens relationships and fosters a true sense of belonging.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the many families who contributed their time, talents, and culinary skills to make this event such a success. Your generosity and spirit of community are what make our school so special.
