The genre for October is a PowerPoint presentation. The 7th and 8th graders are presenting chapters from their history books. Each student is assigned a chapter to read and highlight on their own. In addition to creating the PowerPoint slides, they have to type an outline, write vocabulary words on index cards, and type the end-of chapter review questions with answers.
