A Superhero-Sized Thank You to Our Amazing Parents!
Once again, our incredible parents have gone above and beyond in celebrating our dedicated teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. Thanks to the thoughtful planning and tireless efforts of the Sunshine Committee—led by Debbie Arant and Allison Delano—our faculty and staff were treated to a weeklong celebration full of joy, gratitude, and delicious surprises.
Debbie and Allison spent their Sunday transforming our high school and K8 lobbies with vibrant, superhero-themed decorations, setting the stage for a week that truly honored our teachers as the heroes they are. Through their leadership, families generously contributed food, gifts, and financial donations that helped make every day special.
The festivities launched on Monday with “Pow!”—a fully stocked popcorn and snack bar. Tuesday followed with “Hero” sandwiches and wraps, and Wednesday featured a hearty “Superpower” breakfast. On Thursday, staff enjoyed a mouthwatering “Superhero” Italian buffet from Ippolito’s.
The week wrapped up in sweet style with a visit from the Kona Ice truck and a fun-filled raffle of gift items, bringing smiles to every corner of the campus.
The gracious and generous support of our families means the world to the entire Eaton Academy team. Appreciation from our families fuels our work and lifts our spirits. Thanks to them for being the heroes behind the heroes!
