During our recent assemblies addressing S in B.E.S.T., we have had the pleasure of listening to two extraordinary students. Alex Beach, a 12 year old senior, will be graduating in May and attending college in the fall of 2011. Alex came to Eaton as a 2nd grader and completed 10 grade levels in 5 years! Alex set goals and has worked feverishly and diligently to achieve them. Alex plans to study material science. Similarly, Stephen Stafford, guest speaker on Friday, February 25th, is now attending Morehouse College. Stephen worked extremely hard and was able to fulfill his goals and enter college at the age of 12. He is currently a sophomore earning credit towards pre-med, computer science and mathematics. We were fortunate to have Stephen take time out of his busy schedule to speak to us. It was a pleasure listening to both boys as they relived their years in school and how they accomplished many of their goals.
